Privacy policy

IN360 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY W.L.L., Bahrain, operates this website and handles the inquiries submitted through Talk to EV.

What we collect

If you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, chosen reason for contact, request, and email or phone number. Company, country, budget and timeline are optional. We store a concise summary made from these details and a submission timestamp and reference.

Talk to EV uses OpenAI to understand short conversations and prepare an enquiry summary. Messages and details you provide in chat are processed before final submission. The active conversation is held in the corporate store for up to two hours after the last message to continue the enquiry. We do not send the full transcript to private EV. The submitted details and summary are sent only after your confirmation. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment information, or other sensitive information.

How we use your information

We use submitted details to understand and respond to your inquiry and route it to the relevant IN360 venture. We do not sell inquiry data or use it for advertising. AI assistance is limited to public IN360 questions and contact enquiries. It cannot access private EV records or other venture systems. An enquiry form remains available if AI is unavailable.

Storage and processors

The website runs on Vercel. Submitted inquiries are stored privately in an isolated Upstash Redis resource configured in Frankfurt, Germany. These providers process information to host the website and store inquiries. OpenAI processes chat messages and enquiry details to generate short responses and summaries. API response storage is disabled in our requests; OpenAI may still retain operational or abuse-monitoring data under its API policies and the account’s configuration. We make no claim about account-specific training or retention settings that we have not verified. Confirmed enquiries are delivered server-side into IN360’s private EV task and notification system, hosted on Supabase. There is no email notification integration, analytics, advertising or social tracking scripts.

Retention and deletion

Each inquiry automatically expires from the active contact store 90 days after submission. IN360 can delete an inquiry earlier when it is no longer needed or after a verified deletion request. Ask through Talk to EV and include your inquiry reference and a contact detail we can verify. We may keep the deletion request itself for up to 90 days to handle it. We cannot promise erasure of platform operational logs outside our application’s storage controls. A delivered enquiry becomes an internal EV follow-up task; that copy and its inbox notification are retained until IN360 removes them under its internal handling process. Resolving or archiving a task does not erase it. The corporate store’s automatic expiry does not automatically remove the internal EV task. A verified deletion request covers both copies.

Security and cookies

A short-lived, strictly necessary session cookie protects contact submission and expires after two hours. It is HttpOnly and SameSite restricted, with HTTPS protection on Vercel. Rate limiting uses a keyed hash of the connection’s IP address; we do not put the raw IP address into inquiry records. Session and connection limits expire within ten minutes or one hour; anonymous daily AI allowance counters expire within two days. Vercel may process connection and operational logs as part of hosting.

Questions and requests

To request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry, contact IN360 through Talk to EV. We may verify your contact details before changing or deleting a record.
